A psychiatrist says Chai Soua Vang had a history of suicidal and homicidal thoughts dating back two decades or more.
Psychiatrist Robert Rawski examined Vang before the St. Paul man went on trial for the fatal shootings of six Wisconsin deer hunters.
In the report -- obtained by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel -- Rawski also says Vang believed the voice of an "evil shaman'' has spoken to him occasionally since 1995.

It's hard to understand the context here. I can't tell if it was part of the trial, and was just recently made public, or if it was part of the defense team's original strategy. Certainly the first I've heard of it...
It was unfortunate for him that the 'evil' voices were in his native language. Had they spoke, say, german or spanish, he could not have followed their command. Damn his luck.

I always hear the voices of an "evil shaman" just before I go on a murdering spree and gun down a bunch of innocent people. What's so wrong with that?
Well, that changes everything. By all means, Vang should be let go, and the Wisconsin State Police should put out an ABP on the "evil shaman", so the true perpetrator might be made to pay for the crime.
I once heard voices telling me to go on a homicidal rampage. I decided to go out for lunch instead.
This evil man is from an evil family, at least two members of which have praised his actions on that evil day.

He's crazy all right. Crazy enough to shoot 6 people in the back in broad daylight. He is a Hmong racist who hates whites and murders them. He was a well known Hmong shaman who did exorcisms and other crazy ceremonies for these pint sized Laotian hillbillies.

Immigrants like this should be booted back to their spawning ground. 20 years ago. Why do we allow such nut cases to immigrate here?
