WTF do we need to be spending money on Internet Access, for crying out loud? We ALREADY HAVE the most widespread internet access on the face of the friggin planet One correction, Willie. For example Korea has much more advanced Internet access, thanx to goverment policies.

With a population density that concentrated, it's pretty easy to provide "widespread" internet infrastructure.
