I used to entertain a certain respect for the Chechen effort. After Beslan that faded to nothing. After this, let the full fruits of terrorism be harvested. Kill them all.

Last fall I noticed many posts in support of the Chechens, and I was amazed, because I was aware they are a major element in al-Qaeda. On every battlefield where we are facing al-Qaeda you will find Chechens.

It's probably the lingering bad feelings for Russia due to the brutality of the former Soviet Union, the Cold War, their support of N. Vietnam, Cuba, etc, and even their present day arms trading with Iran. But no doubt, the hatred for Islamic terrorists has completely overshadowed any bad sentiments against the former communist giant, and Americans are now rooting 100% for Russia to waste the Chechen terrorists.

It really does look like radical Islam has decided to wage a final, decisive battle against civilization, and bring all of Islam into the fray with them if possible.
