I'm sick of the half assed candidates we throw up everytime.

Um, the time before last (1994) our "half assed candidate" was none other than Mitt Romney, current Massachusetts Governor and potential 2008 presidential candidate. I think he was pretty darn credible and ran a good race!

In 2002, Robinson ran as a Republican for Secretary of State (Massachusetts). He lost to Dem William Galvin.

Kind of ironic that the first black to serve in the senate since reconstruction was from Massachusetts and was also a Republican (name escapes me right now) - arguably Kennedy took that minority seat away from him - not very nice for a member of the party of the poor and the downtrodden.....

No they should find one named John F. Kennedy. Now THAT would be funny.

INDEED! That shouldn't be impossible in Boston.

Unfortunately, the assumption is the vacuous Lt Gov Kerry Healey will get the nod. She'll lose in a landslide.

You need a love child to compete with a Kennedy.
