It's time, folks.

We need to start keeping track of these predictions. And those that put forward predictions that turn out to be total ka ka (as I believe this one will) must be ruthlessly dogged until they cease to prattle on at the expense of REALITY.

Now, to be honest, that applies equally to pro and anti Miers forces and their respective predictions, regardless of my own prejudices. I do think that those siding with the President and Harriet Miers are far less extreme and "over the brink" than those opposed, but only time will tell.

But this is a turning point.

There are forces at work here that are totally divorced from reality and will do harm to the continuation of human civilization. It's that serious.

One side or the other in this debate has gone over to evil. That is, in essence, the charge laid down by those opposed to Miers.

Fine. I take up that challenge.

I claim to champion right and good. I am no longer neutral and urging patience. This post has driven me over the edge. I will stand with the leader of the free world in his fight against the forces determined to enslave humanity.

That includes standing with him in this fight. Even those who claim to be our friends can be tricked into serving an evil cause. I believe that is happening now.

I trust George W. Bush.

I do not trust:

Patrick J Buchannan
William Kristol
George Will
Or ABCBSNBCNNBC or the F'n New York Times, who are all relishing and promoting this fight!

or any of the other half baked Bush haters who have made raping this women their charge in life.

I understand the angst of feeble minds not able to understand that there might be some considerations beyond their parochial and limited point of view. Understanding does not equal sympathy or agreement.

George W. Bush is engaged in the fight to save human civilization. Does he truly need this crap? Does he deserve it?

I think not.

I agree that Washington is in dire need of change and the crybaby ultra-conservatives are not very different from the ultra-liberals and they completely misunderstand G.W. Bush. He does not conduct his presidency by consulting fickle daily polls.

Yes politicians do need to be changed for the same reasons as baby diapers, but replacing them with containers full of recycled (good ole boys and girls) garbage that created the original messes is neither prudent nor is it wise.

Political extremists on either side of the political aisle and that disregard the United States constitution are dangerous to this wonderful country.
