I don't know. I have about as much to base that 'prediction' on as the people who are believe miers will be a strict constructionist.
Just a feeling. Things aren't going as planned for the white house,and everything they try to do to make it better doesn't work, or makes it worse.
The 'elitist and sexist' spin attempt last week was a horible screw up if they wanted to get those people to support miers.
They weren't going to support her anyway. I've yet to see anyone say "gee, if they hadn't called me an elitist, I'd have supported her."
It's a red herring.
