Do we still send financial aid to Russia?
To: Dyaus Pitar
Maybe we can sign a treaty with Iran and specify their nuclear weapons can only be used against Russia.

Of course we do! They're our friends; our buddies; our pals!!
And we'll likely be at war with them within 10 years. Lenin may be dead, but his stink lingers on.

Didn't Kruschev say one time that they will hang us with our own rope???? Unless we do tactical nuke strikes, I think it is inevitable that Iran will get the bomb. But if we do that then Russia won't be our huckleberry anymore will they?

Yes, they have right to peaceful nuclear energy. That is why they have been offered guarantees for nuclear fuel by EU, IAEA and Washington. (but not to go ahead with Uranium enrichment) Now we just have to wait and see if they accept it. It is a question of trust and lost prestige (and some billions of waisted money in Tehran)
I guess that is as well the reason why Rafsanjani has been given more powers by the "Leader" (the last word should be in German).

"We have agreed that there is unity on the ultimate goal - nuclear nonproliferation," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said but apparently the only way to prevent proliferation is to label it peaceful nuclear tech, and when it's proved via mushroom cloud not to be peaceful... "oops so sorry, how could we have known?" It's not as if chants of "Death to Russia" are common in Iran. Why should Russian officials care about an Iranian N-bomb...

STFU Russia. Noone likes you, and noone ever liked you. Quit trying to draw attention to yourself, you only hurt yourself.

And America has the legal right to vaporize Russia the day russian nuclear material burns over American troops or citys.
Time to park a few Nuclear subs off shore Russia to underscore the point. As Russia just broke their word on selling advanced long range missiles to Syria, it is obvious that Russia is supplying the Jihad. After all, the Jihadi do not carry M16's.
Kinda time to get serious with the Kremlin.
