Not to be a wise ***, but Why?
My guess would be because of the Natalee Holloway case. She's the 18 year old Alabama teen who went there on a graduation trip with some of her senior class and vanished into thin air. It is presumed that she was abducted and murdered by at least one of three teen boys she was last seen with. From what I've read the Aruban authority did little in trying to find her or resolve this case. There are FReepers here who can give you much more information than I have.
