I think they should add all the frequent flyer miles that company people get for free to that employee's income.....if he uses the miles....

and I think they should pay income taxes on all the other freebies they get....like prime football/basketball tickets.... like the use of the company jet or boat or company car......

why should some get these extravagant freebies and the rest of us pay taxes on every single thing.....

Because WE continue to allow it. Too many people don't understand nor like talking about politics; partly because of the poor educations we've received over the years. We can't talk about something we skimmed by on in high school 10 years ago and can't half remember or never understood in the first place.

Women, for the majority, find politics "boring" mainly because they're too busy keeping up with the kids & working; no time to keep up with all the current events. Politics are not interesting to women and much too hard to understand. When anything comes remotely near anything having to do with the horrible memories girls have of math, and since it is widely known that girls suck at math, they tend to avoid topics such as Economics.

And lastly because the government has gotten so complex nobody can keep up with all of it, much less understand it - impossible. They've made the current system so big & complex that we'll never understand it. If you can't size something up in a nutshell with little words, and short answers, most average people WON'T get it.

In my opinion the start of reforming our government will begin with TAX REFORMATION not TINKERING with the current code like the Tax Panel Advisory Board is hinting they will recommend. Why can't we see the numbers they're using behind closed doors? It's my money we're dealing with, right? I personally recommend and believe in the Fair Tax (too many positive things to mention that will really lead into "fixing" our entire system; HR 25 is endorsed and supported by multiple credible and reliable experts in economics, political science and such). Why sould we be forced to take the advice of a small task force of government "recruits" over a large group of unpaid experts who can show me actual paperwork on how the National Retail Sales Tax can work? We are going to be forced to accept a panel's recommendation, with absolutely NO proof whatsoever of why it won't work, and you know what we'll do? Nothing. We don't know what to do. Our leaders have, over the years, screwed up the system so much it's no wonder we feel powerless against the big, scary, powerful and almighty government. I think it's time for the Republicans to prove to their constituents what they're worth. Somebody from the Republican Party needs to be listening. Believe me when I say a lot of supporters are starting to grumble about Republican intentions - especially in regards to tax reformation. It's time to step up to the plate.
