Yes I posted the article to bolster my case why Miers was a bad choice.
This is just proof of what I've been saying Bush stepped in with this selection. It's only going to get worse from here.

Why do you think I'm against the Miers nomination? I see it as a major political blunder on all fronts. The fact that her closeness to Bush makes him a target during this process as well is only one of many reasons.

Of course I think the story is garbage. But that doesn't matter. I also thought it was garbage the first time they trotted it out... and the second time. The third time, too. But that didn't stop them from doing it before, and its not going to stop them from doing it this time, either.
