What "federal law" did he violate? My Constitution says Congress Shall Make No Law.

He may have violated a court's opinion, but certainly no federal law. He was not told by the state to institute prayers -- it came of his own volition.

As to the players/parents who complained: whatever happened to being strong enough to take a stand and not participate, even if it did bring repurcussions (which is foolish in this case)? Instead, they try to have everyone coddle them.

It's ridiculous.
