If there is no information tying the bomber to terrorist activities then why is the search warrant sealed?

Excellent question, and here are some more: If this was a simple (if bizarre) suicide, then why
*did they increase security at all the highschool sporting events?
*did they install more cameras at the stadium?
*did they write to ticket holders asking if they had given tickets to others, and if so, who?
