I realize this is from a lawyer but it's not looking good for these officers whether or not they were justified. Innocent or guilty the're toast.

I realize this is from a lawyer but it's not looking good for these officers whether or not they were justified. Innocent or guilty the're toast. These officers should be out of a job - It is obvious they don't have the disposition needed for police work -
How they acted was completely foolish - They should be fired (and depending on other circumstances along with their past history....possibly even brought up on assault chargers).
With that said, this man does not deserve a $ million dollar settlement at the cost to the taxpayers - The officers being out of their jobs and any chargers pending on him dropped should be more then enough.
