This is a thread about eugenics not taxes. In the past rich Victorians tried to prevent the poor and the undesirable from having children. There is a link between eugenics and communism. Planned parenthood now seems to be a communist front organization.Obviously, the goals of the Eugenicists can only be accomplished in societies where people have no rights.
