This article is from the "ideologically balanced" newspaper on my campus. Justice for All is a group that goes around to different college campuses and puts up displays of aborted fetuses to protest abortion. Obviously, this writer only wants free speech when she agrees with it, typical for the left.

Pity this woman, her life course was set when her hippie parents named her "Zoe".

This is the kind of article I can't stand reading. But I can't resist replying, "Lady, I'll be happy to stay out of your uturus."

I think this is her... I don't think she needs to worry about anybody trying to enter her uterus. Well, not a man anyway..

No government, church, political organization or private citizen will take away my rights to my body, my uterus, my sanity and my safety.

Too late!

Don't worry Ms. Williams, no one is going to do anything to stop you from having the freedom of murdering the unborn, least of all the Repubs in government.

[ I am ] fully supportive of individual sexual decisions.

So am I, lady, so am I.

But abortion is NOT a sexual decision.

Of course, I will discourage one from undergoing numerous abortions as a casual affair. I would also encourage an individual from casually having root canals and open-heart surgery.

Who has casual root canals or casual open heart surgery?
Also, WHY would you recommend against this procedure? Could it be that down deep, in the quiet stillness of your soul, you know it is wrong?

I fail to see how a mass of cells the size of a kumquat, with no nerve endings, or a potentially viable fetus that is so deformed it has no chance of surviving (plus, it may kill the woman carrying it) can qualify as self-determined individuals. I fail to see how one can even consider the aforementioned cellular growths to be humans.

It isn't just a mass of cells. "It" has brain waves, a heartbeat, fingerprints, senses pain, responds to it's mother's voice, and has recognizable features.

No government, church, political organization or private citizen will take away my rights to my body, my uterus, my sanity and my safety.

Guess what? We already did! You are not allowed to take illegal drugs, engage in prostitution (most states), or sell your body parts. Your safety is under attack from the anti-gun crowd (I'd be willing to be this author supports gun control).

I stand behind abortion rights because I believe that no one can serve as a better governing body over an individual than that person. I believe individuals have the ability to discern what they will and will not do, as they are autonomous beings.

There's a fairly sizable group of posters on FreeRepublic who echo this line. It isn't restricted to the lunatic leftists. Rather, it is shared by the socially irresponsible of various political persuasions.

women will lose the ability to decide to go through a life saving procedure.

First time I ever heard it called a life-saving procedure...

Ah, the old "mass of cells" chestnut. Perhaps she ought to stop and take a good hard look at some of those fetus posters, or maybe I could show her my daughter's newborn photos, since she was born at 27 weeks and could have been legally aborted in all 50 states for any reason.

By the way Zoe, you were a mass of cells once too, in fact technically you still ARE a mass of cells.

You gotta love the fact that she so believes in the autonomy of the individual that she's a vegan-that's right folks, fish, cows and pigs have the right to self-determination, but unborn humans don't. Love that liberal logic, LOL!

the women who make up our student body, faculties and staff had the essence of their freedom questioned.

This Williams creature displays a true sewer of a mind. In it's twisted imaginings, the cold-blooded slaughter of the innocent and helpless is the essence of freedom. Leftism is always, at bottom, about killing the inconvenient, but leftists are usually better at disguising their agenda.
