Presbyterian? Beer? I grew up Presbyterian and our whole church was teetotaling. Grape juice was served at Communion! We could not do without coffee, however. The pot was on at every function - morning, noon, and night.

They are actually calling it a Terrorist Act. I'm impressed.
'Terrorist Act' on Tech Campus
Last Modified: 10/10/2005 12:17:39 PM
Three explosive devices found in a courtyard between two Georgia Tech dormitories on the East Campus Monday morning were part of a "terrorist act," an Atlanta police official said.
One of the devices exploded, injuring the custodian who found them inside a plastic bag. Two others were detonated by a bomb squad.
The custodian suffered ringing to the ears and was treated at a local hospital. The events led to a temporary evacuation Monday morning.

Could this device belong to a disgruntled Braves fan? Is there any other kind?

I didn't learn to cook until after I was married - my poor husband........;^)Neither did I. All I could make was coffee and chili. I even burned tv dinners.
As the years passed, I would remember sitting in the kitchen with my mom while she cooked. I didn't know at the time that she was teaching me. I've cooked as good as she did now for many years.
I did it differently from her with my sons and daughters, they had hands on experience.

WATER CANNOT BE COMPRESSED!!!! True but the bottle can be so there is no head space for air which would put the liquid under pressure.

That's the same experience I had escaping the World Trade Center in 1993. Day after day, the official line from the government and the media was something I specifically and first-hand knew to be untrue. It's one hell of an eye-opener when you realize how little you can take at face value, even things universally accepted elsewhere.
