We already have the answer, DDT, but the environ fools are set on killing millions by not allowing it to be used. Instead they give out mosquito nets and now mosquitoes with glowing testicles. Idiots all.

I watched this premise work against the screwworm fly back in the middle 1960's along the Texas-Mexican Border. It was highly successful. Screwworms used to be a major problem and now there are thousands of veterinarians that have never seen one.
