I'm leaving for the night (a mini ropadopus?) and I just want to summarize. Hard as it may be, I think the best thing we can do, is just support the President. We brought him to the dance, so lets dance with him a while longer.

More important I think, is that we figure out how better get along. My contribution to that will be to provide no further declarations of outrage and plans to leave. I really blew it with that. I was pissed off at the Ann Coulter thread and let it get to me.

Then I get this information and felt like an idiot, so I thought I better talk about it. Our strength comes from our unity, and I hope in the future my comments on this forum will help accomplish that.

Be aware, people in government DO read this place. Often. So make yourselves heard, but do it with respect and dignity. Never let your posts be held up as fodder like so many of those from the idiots at DU. Free Republic is an example of the best in Conservatism.
