I should add that I'm getting a *whiff* of perhaps military aviation in the family background, but could be wrong about that. I need to pin down a couple of things--it may be private or commercial, not military, but circumstantial is pointing towards maybe Naval or AF. Don't quote me yet.
Perhaps. He sure didn't say, "when the fatback hits the fan," kids do strange things.
