You are most probably correct. There is an increasing amount of evidence that both sexual orientation and gender identity are the result of congenital factors relating to the hormonal environment in the womb. Specifically, the presence of testosterone (or an analog) during a critical part of brain development is responsible for masculinizing the brain. There are two parts to that process, masculinizing the arousal pattern and masculinizing behavior.

Likewise, the absence of androgens in the womb will result in a failure to masculinize the brain.

A very real example of where the process goes contrary to genetic sex: Consider the case of girls with congenital adrenal hyperplasia. In addition to hypertrophy of the clitoris, they also have masculine behavior as children, being considered tomboys. Furthermore, the incidence rate for lesbianism is much higher than usual (40-50% versus about 5% for non-affected girls).

IF that was the case (that "increasing amount of evidence" you share there, which is not "increasing" nor is it "evidence" to my knowledge, it's just random observation to support presumptions -- self fulfilling corroboration, so to speak), THEN there would be no need as per this article states, to influence and/or educate ANYone from, also as the article states, "kindergarten".

The information you quote (source, if you'd like to share it, would be helpful here) seems to support a very small percentage of aberrations among humans, certainly not a fit individual, the average human who survives through to reproductive years.

And, the information you present supports the perception that homosexual behavior IS AN ABERRATION of the normal, is not, thereby, normal behavior, is instead a manifestation of abnormality.

Because, for nearly all possible abnormalities in every living species, individuals can be found who corroborate, represent the abnormalities. Some individual human beings have been born with horns on their heads, some with tails from their spines, some with several heads, some with...

"The Elephant Man" was believed by SCIENTISTS for a long time to have been abnormally influenced while in his mother's womb by the fact that she was stumbled around by an elephant and, so it was promoted about her child's malady after birth, dust and dirt entering her person while she was pregnant, drummed up in that experience by that elephant near-trampling of the mother, caused her child's abnormalities.

It's been abundantly proven that BEHAVIOR enduces homosexuality. It may be subtle during early ages, but whatever, it is still behavioral, beyond evidence that suggests that in dissecting the brains of deceased male homosexuals, their brains are found to resemble in size and a certain area, the brains of adult females...BUT what's not clear here is that, because these brains studied are those of deceased adult males who engaged in homosexual behaviors while alive, the issue to ponder here is that their brains were influenced BY their behaviors over time to become irregular when compared with the brains of the average adult, heterosexual male.

That is, it's considerable at present as to the fact that the homosexual behaviors have over time adversely affected brain chemistry, shape and overall size in the brains studied from deceased males who engaged in homosexual behaviors while alive...just as hormones influence many aspects of the human body, they also influence brain development and chemistry.

The significant thing here is that once homosexual behaviors ensue, that they then set in motion certain physical changes that aren't readily observable, and they become "self affirming" over time...the body accommodations for the behaviors produces further physical changes (and therefore, further "adaptation" physically to the behaviors, ensuring that they become more 'normal' WITHIN AN ABNORMAL SET OF CONSIDERATIONS/parameters).
