So the fossilized brains on the USSC think that right and wrong are defined by "settled expectations?"

Sounds like the very definition of anarchy.

And it's a type of anarchy that Roberts appears to support, despite his claim that he doesn't think courts should be making the law on its own. Because that's exactly what happens when a court makes an erroneous ruling, and that ruling becomes "ratified" by so-called settled expectations. He's definitely mastered the Clintonian skill of talking out of both sides of his mouth.
