The whole problem is "scholars" reading more into it than is there.

Read the opinions of Justice Scalia, a scholar if there ever was one, and you'll change your opinion. There are great people who went to elite schools and complete dopes who went to less elite schools. That isn't the issue. My hope for this nomination had been another Scalia. I don't care where a nominee went to school. I want a nominee whose respect for following the Constitution is well-established.
