Sigh....More intellectual snobbery.:-(I so agree! The SC is the people's bench! Not just people who know things about the Constitution--but all people! Miers will be a voice for the majority of Americans, too often unrepresented on that lofty seat: the people who don't really understand the Constitution or have any opinions about it.
