D. If GWB had not run for President then this would not be the case.
The inescapable conclusion is that if you don't like people saying that "It's Bush's fault." You should blame Bush.

Yes but does EVERYTHING posted have to be? My stubbed toe is not Bush's fault yet it will be said eventually. Jokes are funny but every thread is discusting.
