Yet another (unconvincing) justification for her failure to express any strong political or philosophical convictions in the public square.

She didn't refuse to join the Federalist Society because she was "busy working," but because she didn't believe in its goals.

It's that simple.

Ahhhh, so we have a little club litmus test going have we? If you don't go to the right schools, or belong to the right clubs, you're just a nobody.

In case you didn't know it, this is America (or at least I thought it was until this thing came up). Frankly, I'm ashamed at the things that are being said about this woman.

Whether she gets confirmed or not I'm never going to have the same respect for them that I did before. I'll always know that they hold all of us in contempt. Thinly veiled, but still contemp.
