Clarence Thomas is a longstanding member of the Federalist Society.

Harriet Miers was offered the opportunity to join its ranks, and respectfully declined.

Game, set, match.

Too bad this isn't tennis. If I recall, it turned out that Justice Roberts also was not a member of the Federalist Society. Guess you'd like him impeached right away before he does any damage.
