Thanks for the list. Other than the Jets game, the only one that jumps out at me would be the Lexington Avenue Fall Festival, and that would be because of the sponsorship. How large of a festival is this, in area and attendance, usually? If that's not easy info to come by, let me know and I'll put a little time in on Google to see what I can come up with.
I don't know how large these street festivals are, but I imagine they could be quite chaotic in the best of times. I just googled "sunday october 9" and "new york" and came up with many hits. I just listed the first few as an example of possibilities. There is also a Jewish Museum of New York exhibit reception for that afternoon, a celebration of Architecture Week (this one would appeal to OBL), and a thousand other events sure to draw a crowd, be it large or small.
