You mean the Goebellsian lie painting her as an admirer of Burgers jurisprudence when she in fact made clear she only admired his administrative skills? :-}
OK-- but I find it worrisome that when asked to name her favorite justice, she admired administrative skills! She seems to have no vision, no passion for the Constitution. This is a position which requires a zest for philosophical thinking--and she seems so workmanlike in her approach. this just isn't the place for it.
