Sorry about that Mike, go to 'more' at the right top of page...then go to 'my locale' and choose Texas.

If Delay follows through and nukes this mope, maybe I've found my candidate for president in 2008.

Delay fighting back?
Will the Republican Party retain him as a member?

Sounds as though Tom DeLay needs to make a citizens arrest.

it's nice to see a "pubbie" fight back. darn good move for Delay. Yes!!
Nice to see a republican not just bend over!
I'm not saying our side is as pure as wind driven snow, but I'm certain the other side is closer to slush then we are. Let's give them a dose of their medicine!!
GO TOM!!

Yup, disbarment, censure, and jail in some jurisdictions.

I found it odd that CNN headlined the story of the second indictment as "More Legal Trouble for Tom DeLay", rather than more accurately as, "Desperate Maneuvers by Ronnie Earle".
DeLay's lawyer can only act with his client's consent. Power Line (a lawyers' blog) says DeLay has a very good lawyer, and DeLay is taking his advice.
