Try the Talus 2002 Cab, grown down the road from Elk Grove, in Lodi. Also the Windmill Estates 2002, from Lodi as well.
If you want to spend a few dollars for a really nice dinner, pick up a bottle of the Beaulieu Vineyards 2001 Cabernet. It goes for around $25.
