Yeah that is him, Judge Napolitano. I never knew that when he was a judge in NJ he reclused himself on life issues because he said he could not separate his beliefs from the law.

Maybe Napolitano should be considered for the Court. From what I've seen, he seems to have a judicial philosophy similar to Justice Clarence Thomas.

The confirmation process would likely be hair raising. Which would not be a bad thing in his case.
