Idiot judge. DODs service contracts are severable and can be canceled with a minimal amount of notice.

Can't let that happen. I thought this was what we fought for when we created the DHS? Is the judge saying the law doesn't allow this, or that he thinks the law shouldn't allow it even though it does?
