He never had mine.

If it were up to me, Don Nickles or Jon Kyl would be running for POTUS, but I doubt that'll happen.

I heard him on Sean Hannity and he didn't nix Miers,but he didn't sound happy about her either. Mostly, he sounded like he was walking on egg shells, not wanting to do damage. He did say that he would never have chosen her.
