How ironic that Sandy Burglar walked free after stealing classified secrets, but might go to jail for a speeding ticket. This is starting to sound like a third world legal system!

I think he was charged with reckless driving which means he was doing more than speeding. He was probably speeding and cutting in and out barely missing other cars and causing others to swerve to avoid accidents. He is not too bright.
