How about we teach neither intelligent design nor evolution in public schools? I am a Christian but I don't want a teacher telling my kids that the earth was created by an intelligent being. That could mean anything! Evolutionists also have to have faith to believe in evolution. You can't convince me otherwise. I remember my college biology classes and the big gaps in the evolution charts. So, why don't we save these for college level learning?

Why I homeschool Reason #341....

I'll bet you don't mind the big gaps in your doc's bag of tricks when you go to him for advice though.

We teach science in school because it's science's task to fill in those gaps.
