It should have read: "produced after Mass last Sunday"
To: Landry Fan
"Oh, I'd love a phone call from Dr. R. [does that protect her identity enough?]"
Of course I meant the behind the scenes "Dr. R" and not Doctor Raoul, champion FReeper. The her was a clue.

Hey, careful. You can't say that anymore. Besides, I think that phrase has been changed to "You guys are the IED"

Good Luck tonight, I hope it doesn't rain!! What would rain do to the MOAB?
Wish I could be there, we are going out of town for a wedding.

Once more we get to vicariously join the DC chapter because of your excellent reports and photographs.
It's certainly not as good as being there--but is the next best thing.
Thanks to each and every one of you who spend your Friday nights standing up for our troops--especially the ones recovering at Walter Reed.
One of these days, I'm going to get on a plane...................

Thanks, Basil! That's kind of you to say. Code Pink's "vigil" at Walter Reed uses our injured troops as cheap political pawns by protesting the war outside their hospital. God Bless Our Heroes! Code Pink is vile. Code Pink: pink has never looked so ugly.

HIGHLITE OF THE EVENING:As FReepers chanted, "Hug! A! Vet! Hug! A! Vet!", intrepid patrols of hug-seeking biker vets crossed Georgia Avenue to the cold pink heart of the opposition, only to be turned away, utterly unhugged. After three separate forays worthy of the flower-power days of Haight Ashbury '69, they returned, proud veterans still; but clearly unloved by Code Pink. Mission accomplished: unmasking the enemy.
It really was too much. The mad men on wheels really had fun going over to get hugs while we raised our voices in unison.
