Next time you watch America's Most Wanted, count the Hispanic names you see on one hand, and those not Hispanic on the other. I've been doing this for a while and it generally runs 50-60%. Seems disproportionally high to me, unless there are more sneaking across the border than I assumed. Could be a bias by the show's producers, or perhaps it is a culture that has no regard for the law.
