The next bomber doesn't need to get "in" the stadium. I would imagine that as much murder and mayhem would be caused by mixing with the crowd as it exits the stadium. This boy was close to the exits and wasn't challenged, in fact, wouldn't have been until the bottleneck at the entry.

But this provokes the question: Why didn't the recently-imploded bomb-toter detonate it while at the stadium entrances he supposedly tried to enter? Was the crowd too small for his taste?
