I do not understand why you write that. The President knows this woman and thinks she will be a fine justice. You do not know her, yet you are all doom and gloom. She will be confirmed, regardless of all the bitc*ing by conservatives. All the hysteria does is weaken the President and the conservative movement. If Miers turns out to not be the sort of Justice that we want, I will join you in complaining, but let's wait until after she has made a few rulings before we go off half-cocked.
