Frankly, I'm amazed that an attack hasn't happened yet. Let's hope the LEOs can stop them.
I would think that a call of this type as a prank at rush hour would create all kinds of havoc with commuters changing plans.
If it's a legitimate threat, let's hope it's not a diversion to another attack elsewhere.
