Dim areas count, GOP areas don't! LOL Great point!
It works in almost every dimension.
1. Dim states matter more.
2. The more a group votes Dim the more important they are. Thus African Americans are more important than Hispanic Americans who are more important than Oriental Americans.
3. And of course women are more important than men.
Except in all of the above cases if an INDIVIDUAL member of an important group is Republican. I would say conservative but as Zell Miller shows, you get a pass as a conservative Dim, but heaven forbid if you switch to the GOP.
