I heard about this measure. It outlaws stripping, humilation and isolating (ISOLATION, WTF?!?!?!). I couldn't help but laugh, I thought it outlawed whipping and scourging or something that actually was serious. If the commies captured me and said they were going to strip me naked, humiliate me and isolate me I would probably start laughing.
