Happy 21st Birthday Michael Jordan Cino!!!!

OXOXO

~Taylor Behl

http://www.livejournal.com/users/tiabliaj/7620.html

Taylor Behl wishes a former roommate of Fawley's, Cino, a happy 21st birthday here, in her Livejournal. An ex-girlfriend of Fawley's I referred to in an earlier entry was only 19 when they met. This was the same girlfriend who had to file assault charges against Fawley in March of 2004. Taylor Behl was barely 17 when she met Fawley

From the journal of the ex who filed charges against Fawley:

I never had people harass him, if they were, which I do not know..I never sent them after him. I never sent anyone after him. What ever bad things are going around,

I dont know where they came from. I simply don't. This whole posting is the truth. This is my feelings, this is the way things are. Maybe I should not talk to people about problems I have, but when they ask me how I am I cant just say i am 'fine'(...)

I never vandalized his van. I did however kick it a few times when I came home from godfreys. I was angry. I was angry because of what I knew would happen. I hated waiting for what I knew he was gonna tell me, after being informed by my best friend whom he talked to in depth. I was so angry that night. However, I am not strong enough to even dent that van, its thick metal. And when he came home he never talked with me etc. He was just quiet. Magically however thursday night or friday morning if you want to be technical, I was accused of writing 'f*** you' on the other side of it. I didnt, I dont know where it came from, anyone could have done it, but it was not me. When I finally saw it in the day light, it was actually written in some sort of easily smudgable medium...that is odd?? I think he may have done it, I dont know..I never will know...

Ben Fawley, by his own admission on this page at deviantart.com, which displays a greeting card he made, did time for auto theft:

Even doing time for auto-theft didn't kill the art. The date was 19 August 1991 ~ a finished card like this was worth 1/2 a pack of cigaretts in the jail I was in. My Jailhouse "jobs" gave me access to the supplys and other needed to make art and other in jail. Other jailhouse art included Tattoos. Tattoos cost a lot. 3 cartons or more. Anyone who could do tattoos was well off and very safe since most wanted your service and having "open work" made sure someone was looking out for you...

:: Yes, the title is truth in advertising. I made this card / drawing while doing a three-year bit. While in jail we were only allowed to have a blue ballpoint "pen". A jailhouse pen is not much, a soft rubber tube with a ballpoint pen ink 'tube' & point. I used PaperMate pens I creatively aquired and hid in my cell's air ducts. The paper was taken from the Jailhouse church. The black and red ballpoint pens were lifted from a guard. The “ruler” was the side of a pen. Scoring the paper with a fine-point pen & ripping was how one achieved cutting the paper. The “glue” was lifted from an office in the kitchen. Even doing time for auto-theft didn’t kill the art. ~ Jailhouse tattoos are given using a "tool" made from a pen, a staple, and a bit of cotton thread. The ink is another story I will not get into here. ~
