You know...I came to that same conclusion awhile back. He really doesn't want the old battleaxe to run because it would take the spotlight off of him. His bloated ego would not be able to handle it. I also think she will back off in 06, mainly to try for 08.
Either way...IMO, the clintons are doomed has-beens.
