He's lucky the police took it away. If I saw someone randomly waving a firearm around my neighborhood, I'd shoot him myself.

You DO NOT draw your firearm unless you have every intention of firing. Waving it randomly at people is NOT a legitimate use of a firearm in self defense.

He was alleged to have waved it - by those who have it in for him. I think it's interesting that the police choose to believe the gang members over the property owner.

I feel for the guy. He's being harrassed and his property vandalized. He buys a gun for protection and the police take it away. They won't deal with the crimes, and say he's "exaggerating". Now the "Socialists" are getting involved. Something bad's going to happen there.
