Anyone who would throw away "40 years of busting my ass, all for the cause" to the wind, is being defeatist.

I can think of bigger fights than this to wage war with against the left, and this ain't one of them.

Simple fact of the matter, the Republican Senate didn't fight last year, and they aren't going to fight this year.
