I seriously fear this situation for our nursing/retirement homes etc. This behavior is seriously demonic and all the psychotic drugs in the world...well I don't know what kind of monsters we are going to have. All the unbelievable immoral wretchedness people are immersed into, it will only intensify in old age, get frightfully out of control, what drugs will they use to manage these things?

It was way before there was such a thing as 1st, 2nd or 3rd world. It was in full accordance with the contemporary ideas of justice [even poetic, or divine justice - at the time those ideas were taken seriously]. It was believed that the offender was best punished in the offending members - rather primitive belief, true - but picturesque, and with large educational benefits.

I don't know what it's like anywhere else, but here, by the time they get to court, they end up getting off with time served....that's if the worthless prosecutor even bothers to charge them at all.

frankly, if they heard a little girl scream in the bathroom and saw an adult's shadow through the door's frosted glass, why they heck did they wait for a maintenance worker to come and remove the doorknob? I would have smashed the glass immediately.

AGREED! Child missing and in danger, hear screams/cries from a LOCKED BATHROOM and you WAIT FOR A SCREWDRIVER?
