Well, I might envy the football tailgaters a bit, but I don't want them to burn in hell. Since my diabetes diagnosis, I'm more likely to be eating a gardenburger and a glass of water than a hot dog and a beer, but I do cheat a little every once in a while.

Are you doing cinnamon? My doc said I was pre-diabetes due to family history. I was already working out, but I added Cinnabetic and my blood glucose dropped like a rock.
