Is this what you guys are talking about...the 7:20 article?
Found it cached in Alexa...which I find better for older cached articles...at least compared to Google for that type of stuff. I actually also found it as the second thing that comes up if you google "7:20" + explosion + oklahoma (in the main google search not google news)
Below that I also have the excerpts to three on google news (all subscription) that also show that in the text visible. The links don't transfer, but using the same words as above, you can see the original articles on Tulsa world (articles 1 and 3 at the bottom; and Ft Worth Star Telegram for the 2nd)
Hope this helps

EXCELLENT!! Thanks for this mfc..It might really make a difference one day..who knows? I would think that getting the correct time of the bomb blast would be important to the truth when this all comes out.
Hmm, bet he was facing Mecca. Mecca would be at 57.85 degrees east of north, or approximately East Northeast. (which is actually 67.5 degrees east of north). That would be a magnetic bearing of about 62.4 degrees from magnetic north. (I think, assuming I didn't reverse the sign on the correction for magnetic declination, I tend to do that. :) )
