the guy had a dorm full of explosives. he could have been arrested at any time just for that.
My question is this: if his Paki roomie was innocent, why did't he inform the authorities? As I mentioned on a related thread, a Paki student would be naturally careful about these things to avoid getting into problems with ICE and DHS. I don't think the guy is as innocent as his Muslim association president indicated.
